## Job description
- 负责车行渠道维护与深度合作，定期拜访4S店关键人员，推动保费达成。
- 为车行销售团队提供产品知识、算价出单培训，解决一线痛点。
- 协调理赔资源，加速事故车维修回厂，以送修资源增强渠道粘性。
- 跟踪车行业绩数据，制定优化策略，确保合规经营。
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限；年龄不超过35岁，特别优秀可放宽至40岁。
- 熟悉车险产品及车商运营模式，有车行资源或经验者优先。
- 具备较强的渠道谈判与培训带教能力，能推动车行出单转化。
- 服务意识强，能协调理赔资源提升车行满意度。
