## Job description

①独立负责软件模块研发、功能开发、接口开发、代码优化及BUG修复。​ ②独立开展功能、接口、回归全流程测试，输出测试用例、测试报告，保障系统稳定交付。​ ③熟练运用AI工具完成代码生成、代码重构、缺陷排查、测试脚本/用例生成、技术文档撰写，高效提效交付。​ ④参与技术方案评审、代码评审、版本管理，配合项目上线、运维支撑及迭代优化。​ ⑤主动发现系统短板，持续优化代码质量与测试覆盖率。 ①年龄不超过35周岁，大学本科及以上学历。 ②专业及工作经验要求：计算机、软件工程、人工智能、大数据技术等相关专业，具备两年及以上工作经验，其中1年以上软件研发/软件测试实战经验。 ③熟练掌握Java、.net任意一门开发语言，具备扎实的面向对象编程基础，掌握linux操作系统，掌握常用的命令行操作，能够独立在linux环境下进行项目部署，问题定位。熟悉掌握sql语言，具备优秀的sql编写能力及查询优化经验。 ④熟练掌握主流开发和测试技术，能独立承担开发、测试落地工作。

⑤熟练使用各类AI研发、测试工具，具备AI赋能提效的实战经验。 ⑥责任心强、执行力高，可适配多任务、快节奏项目交付，拥有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。 ⑦认同公司的价值理念和企业文化，符合中国人寿任职回避等有关规定，遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪等不良历史记录。
