## Job description
- 接听客户热线电话，处理在线咨询与线下柜面业务，完成日常接报案、咨询解答、保全办理等基础工作；
- 跟进案件与投诉处理进度，做好客户沟通与情绪安抚工作；
- 整理服务台账、业务资料与客户档案，完成数据录入与报表统计；
- 参与部门业务培训，学习最新产品条款、服务流程与监管要求；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他客户服务相关工作。
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险相关专业优先，年龄35周岁以下；
- 普通话标准流利，具备良好的语言表达、沟通理解和文字组织能力；
- 具备较强的抗压能力、责任心，有耐心和服务意识。
