## Job description
- 负责直接管理的对公不良资产尽职调查、处置策略及制定和实施处置方案等；
- 对接律所和法院，负责对公不良资产的司法清收全流程操作，包括诉前调查、诉讼立案、财产保全、执行跟进等，推动案件高效落地；
- 对分行清收类诉讼和执行案件进行全流程管理，定期统计清收进度及资产处置结果等；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
- 认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定、银行从业人员基本准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 具有国家认证的本科及以上学历，经济或法律等相关专业；
- 具有3年（含）以上拟聘岗位相关工作经验，熟悉不良处置与诉讼执行工作；
- 持有国家统一法律职业资格证或具有律师执业资格者优先；
- 具备较全面的银行相关业务及经济、法律知识水平；
- 符合中国人寿系统及广发银行亲属回避相关制度规定。
