## Job description

为分行法律合规、授信审批、风险管理、特殊资产经营等部门储备专业型人才。新员工将有机会在分行、支行多岗位历练，积累较丰富的基层工作经验，结合岗位需求及个人专长安排在分行法律合规、授信审批、风险管理、特殊资产经营等相关岗位工作。
- 本科及以上学历毕业生。
- 熟练掌握法律或金融风险管理基础知识，具有法律事务或金融风险管理类实习经验者优先。
- 持有法律职业资格证、FRM等专业证书者优先。
- 积极主动，具备较好的沟通协调能力、综合分析能力、逻辑思维能力，良好的团队合作精神，扎实的写作功底，较强的责任心。
- 品行端正，身体健康。
- 热爱金融事业，认同中国人寿及广发银行核心价值观和文化理念，能够与公司长期共同成长和发展。
- 符合中国人寿集团和广发银行亲属回避要求。
