## Job description
- 负责根据客户的要求，给用户提供专业的保险知识咨询和服务
- 负责推荐保险种类及相关保险产品，并制定保险方案
- 负责定期接受专业保险业务辅导和讲座
- 负责参保客户的后续客户服务工作
- 负责完成本公司领导、上级公司交代的其他工作
- 大专及以上学历，有保险销售工作经验者优先考虑
- 热爱保险行业，对保险行业有相关了解，并具备一定的金融基础知识，以及持续学习金融知识的能力
- 有中高端客户市场开拓能力以及良好的客户沟通能力，关系管理能力以及优秀的营销技巧
- 诚实守信以及良好的团队合作精神，迎接挑战的信心和对工作的激情
