## Job description

做好总经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用，负责公司日常运营管理和非车险发展工作，协助做好布置、实施、检查、落实、执行情况。做好企业内外公文办理，抓好业务团队基础管理。 能独立处理突发事件，与其他部门经理进行沟通，负责内外部的培训工作，负责业务渠道对接，完成上级交给的其他事务性工作。
- 具有良好的政治素质，坚决拥护中国共产党领导，遵纪守法，品行端正，中共党员。
- 认同公司核心价值观和文化理念，有与公司长期共同成长和发展的打算，服从公司工作调配和管理。
- 具有5年以上行业工作经验，能力突出，业绩优良，熟悉本地市场情况。
- 具有职业经理人的能力素养或培养潜质，经营管理知识扎实，执行能力和意识、学习创新能力和意识、成就动机和责任感、抗压能力较强，身心健康。
- 符合中国人寿有关干部任职亲属回避政策要求。
- 无不良未清偿债务、不良职业记录、违法违纪记录等。
