## Job description
- 参与公司精算政策制定、精算体系规划与建设，完善内部精算制度；
- 负责产品定价、准备金评估和偿付能力管理相关工作；
- 完成业务、财务以及行业经验分析工作，为经营决策提供精算支持；
- 参与公司资产负债管理工作，撰写相关精算分析报告；
- 负责公司日常财务核算、决算工作，编制财务报表及财务分析；
- 参与财务预算编制与执行监控，协助完善财务管理制度；
- 完成部门交办的其他财务精算相关工作。
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 精算、数学、统计、金融、保险、会计、财务、税务等相关专业。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、团队合作精神和强烈的责任心。
- 熟练使用OFFICE软件，熟练使用统计软件（SAS、R等）者优先。
- 具有北美准精算师、中国准精算师或相关同等资格者、CPA、CFA、ACCA等资格证者优先；具有相关科研项目经验者优先。
