## Job description

1.根据上级公司整体销售节奏，分析市场环境与竞争状况；2.细化销售策略，组织开展客户开拓与经营活动及产品训练；3.落实综合金融各项政策制度，推动业务目标达成。
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35周岁及以下；
- 符合亲属回避要求；
- 身体健康且能承担相应工作要求等、能适应公司各渠道的工作特点和要求，且无违法违规违纪记录，工作成绩较为突出。
