## Job description
- 负责市场开拓、客户管理、产品营销、关系维护。
- 负责所辖营销团队建设和规划、统筹管理、人才培养、优胜劣汰和内外部协调沟通，达成团队的营销任务。
- 认真执行反洗钱主管部门制定的规章、制度，遵循反洗钱合规性要求。
- 以“客户需求”为导向，为客户提供综合金融服务。
- 具有国家认证的本科及以上学历。
- 具有3年及以上银行营销或业务管理岗位工作经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力。
- 熟悉苏州市场及相关金融业务产品，熟练掌握营销和市场拓展技巧，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务，业务资源丰富。
- 符合中国人寿和本行履职回避规定。
- 遵守国家法律法规和各项规章制度，无违法、违规、违纪等不良记录，职业操守良好，品行端正。
