## Job description
- 搭建并完善消保制度汇编，明确各层级、各部门职责清单、工作流程、管控标准。
- 建立标准化消保内部考核机制，细化考核指标、评分标准、考核周期、结果应用。
- 制定年度消保培训计划，实现全员全覆盖，每年至少组织 1 次全员消保闭卷考试；针对投诉高发、风险高发业务开展专项靶向培训。
- 统筹监管评价资料归集、台账建立、进度跟踪、问题督办。 1.本科及以上学历，法学、政治学、风险管理、理工科等相关专业优先。 2具备良好的组织协调能力和沟通表达能力，具有强烈的责任心和良好的职业操守。 3.具备消保工作经验1年以上。
