## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责公司通知服务的后续跟进工作，及呼叫中心、在线、用户回访等；
- 及时反馈和解决用户相应问题，对用户问题进行日周月总结，做好相应问题处理的上传下达，推动相关部门对用户体验等问题优化；
- 客户咨询、投诉的应答，解释沟通及协调处理等；
- 不断优化客户服务管理制度，对各级客户服务团队服务品质进行监控，提升客户的满意度与续保率。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或者具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
