## Job description
- 完成农业保险工作任务；组织宣传活动，负责发放宣传资料、投保须知等；
- 负责本辖区农业投保组织、承保验标和理赔查勘工作，落实农业保险承保理赔要求，同时拓展农村业务；
- 完成农险部下达的市场拓展计划及业绩指标，执行和落实农险客户的维护与发展工作，及时收集整理农险业务信；
- 开发拓展新客户，维护老客户业务。
- 大专及以上学历；
- 热爱保险事业，严格自律，遵纪守法；
- 具有较强的学习、沟通、协调和组织能力
