## Job description

1. 战略目标与业务达成。负责制定并实施所在机构（或分管业务板块）的年度业务发展规划，对保费规模、业务经营利润指标负责。快速导入个人现有的直接业务资源（包括但不限于大型企业统保、政府招标项目、重点工程项目），确保在试用期内达成约定的保费规模目标。 2. 市场拓展与渠道建设。重点开拓非车险领域（如责任险、意外险、健康险、财产险等）的高净值客户及核心渠道。整合外部资源，建立并维护与政府平台、大型国企、行业协会、银行的战略合作关系。
- 具备5年及以上财产保险行业从业经验，熟悉厦门本地财险市场环境，了解财险产品体系、承保理赔流程及相关运营规则；
- 拥有政企、大中型企业、行业优质客户等有效人脉资源，具备独立完成客户对接、保险方案制定、业务落地及售后维护的基本展业能力；
- 严格遵守保险监管规定及公司各项规章制度，无合规处罚记录、无有效合规投诉、无负面舆情，职业品行良好，具备良好的职业素养与服务意识；
- 退役军人优先。
