## Job description
- 负责地市公司车险、责任险等代位追偿、虚假理赔案件全流程诉讼工作。
- 筛选符合诉讼条件案件，起草起诉状、证据材料，对接法院完成立案、庭审、调解等流程，跟进二审、再审事宜。
- 深挖被执行人房产、车辆、存款等财产线索，申请查封、拍卖、限高失信等强制执行措施，谈判还款方案，跟踪追偿回款，按流程办理案件终本与核销。
- 对接管理合作律所，监督办案进度。甄别虚假骗赔案件，固定证据并协助公安追赃挽损。建立案件台账，按期上报追偿数据报表。
- 协同理赔、财务等部门前置把控案件证据，梳理败诉风险并向一线提示风险，完成各类法务相关临时工作。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有保险公司理赔诉讼、追偿相关工作经验，或具备保险理赔类诉讼案件代理工作经验、律所工作背景等；
- 通过司法考试资格人员优先；
- 无因违法违规遭受监管部门或就职公司处罚的情况。
