## Job description

### 工作职责

开展实施多元渠道发展规划、发展策略、预算管理、业绩管理、企划推动、系统推广，配合落实团险渠道合规管理工作。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有会计从业资格证、CPA、CFA、FSM、ACCA等资格证者优先；具有相关科研项目经验者优先。
