## Job description

1.深度参与银行前中后台部门的项目制实习，了解银行前中后台业务及相关工作流程。 2.协助前中后台部门开展项目推动工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历在校生，可提供学生证、学籍认证报告等在读证明，2027年毕业生优先。
- 遵纪守法、诚实守信，具有良好的个人品质，过往无不良行为记录，热爱金融事业。
- 具备快速学习能力，较强的综合分析能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力，优秀的团队合作精神，扎实的写作功底。善于应对并解决复杂事项，具有较强的责任心和服务意识。
- 身心健康，具备与工作要求相适应的身体条件及心理素质。
- 在校期间担任学生干部，持有专业资格证书，获得奖学金、三好学生、优秀毕业生、优秀学生干部及其他相关荣誉称号者优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者优先。
