## Job description
- 负责中心技术工作，对接车间相关生产技术问题，及时了解并反馈一线技术需求。
- 配合技术人员管理安排，随时深入生产一线，协助开展生产技术指导，帮助解决现场技术问题。
- 参与中心技术发展规划的实施，协助制定中心技术标准、技术规范、技术工艺规程等文件，并做好相关技术资料的整理、修订和完善。
- 配合开展各车间一线人员的技术指导、技能培训和技术监督，协助提升一线人员技术技能水平，保障中心产品质量。
- 参与中心新设备、新工具、新工艺、新方法的调研、试用和推广，落实后协助对生产进行技术指导。 全国普通高等院校统考统招2027届毕业生
