## Job description

Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. For information related to MRC Scheme, “Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals” is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines ( [https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home](https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home)) or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied.

China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities:
- Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
- Expand & maintain good business network.
- Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers.
- Assist Team Head in motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
- Assist and support Team Head to enforce sales discipline according to house rules.
- Generate sales / management reports and keep abreast of current market information.
- Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

### Requirements
- Secondary education or above.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales & service experience in mortgage gained from retail banking.
- Preferably possess qualifications for relevant insurance licenses registration.
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and general banking products, services and related credit policies.
- Smart market sense with innovative ideas to solicit new business opportunities.
