For information related to MRC Scheme, “Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals” is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines ( [https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home](https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home)) or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied. ### Country of Location China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Assist in proactive deposit portfolio management based on robust of MIS, market trend, bank’s strategy as well as macro economy. - Assist in the development of short and long term marketing strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance deposit products and services, and create incremental revenue to the business. - Assist in formulation of holistic deposit product proposition through ongoing & robust data mining (customer behavior analysis), insight from customer voice (internally & externally) as well as learning from professional target marketing activities. - Work closely with different sales channels to achieve business targets. - Liaise with internal departments, and other external parties to deliver quality service and achieve business deliverables in an effective and timely manner. - Participate in planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaign performance and competitiveness and develop marketing materials including above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns. - Prepare relevant reports for program tracking and evaluation for continuous improvement. - Prepare relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management. - Perform competitive analysis with constructive advice for competitiveness. - Analyze customer / product / campaign MIS to understand customer behaviour, and trend for continuous improvement of the designated areas of deposit business. - Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. - Demonstrates initiative to go beyond the normal routine and look for new ways to add value.
