## Job description

Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. For information related to MRC Scheme, “Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals” is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines ( [https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home](https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home)) or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied.

### Country of Location

China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Overseas Business Planning and Management ：
- Support the formulation, implementation and monitoring of overseas business strategies and key management initiatives.
- Track and assess the performance of overseas branches against annual business plans, financial targets and Balanced Scorecard objectives.
- Coordinate business reviews, management reporting and performance analysis for overseas operations, and provide insights to senior management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Head Office, overseas branches and relevant business units to support strategic alignment and execution.
- Organize and coordinate overseas business management meetings, strategic review sessions and other management forums as required.

### Administrative Support

Play the B role (CEO Office Departmental level)
- Provide general administrative support
- Provide new join / transfer / exit logistic arrangement
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting when required
- Organize and maintain filing system, including the filing and storage of confidential documents. (if accessible)
- Assist in the coordination of various departmental activities

### Perform other assignments as required Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing or Translation
- CPA and/or CFA holder or equivalent would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry, investor relations and or public relations capacity
- Intimate knowledge of the banking and financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
