## Job description

Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. For information related to MRC Scheme, “Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals” is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines ( [https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home](https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home)) or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied.

China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Corporate Marketing to manage the Global Markets activities/ transactions for a portfolio of WBG clients, in particular the execution of marketing plans and the delivery of a hard-dollar budget.
- Make marketing calls (as per objective setting) and to follow up on all necessary actions.
- Advise/ guide Relationship Managers in all T&M marketing related matters, i.e. Credit, Legal & Compliance, Operations, etc. proactively.
- Conduct marketing related surveys for market intelligence purposes.
- Provide feedback from clients for purposes of improving and sustaining good to excellent service level.
- Participate and drive in Global Markets related projects/ business plans actively.
- Build and maintain accurate MIS for business analysis purposes.
- Responsible for some business initiatives to drive for certain new business, new marketing ideas, new products or new business models, etc.
