## Job description

Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. For information related to MRC Scheme, “Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals” is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines ( [https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home](https://www.hkab.org.hk/en/home)) or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied.

China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Maker / Checker of Non-Standard documentation vetting to ensure all terms and conditions as well as security arrangements are properly documented according to the credit approval and the bank’s policy requirement
- Identify documentation deficiencies, prepare outstanding documents report and follow up outstanding documentation items on timely basis
- Authorize limit dispatch checklist upon perfection / compliance of transaction documents and loan drawdown requests
- Identify the improvement opportunities / operation risk of existing workflow
- Provide guidance to junior team members and to take up ad hoc projects as and when required
- Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time Requirements:

### Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in loan operations is preferred Sound knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements on perfection of loan documents Sound knowledge on bilateral, structured finance products and syndication documentation Proficient in MS Office Prudent and attentive to details Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
