About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Statutory Audit Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards. Coordinate end-to-end statutory audit processes, including planning, execution, and closure of audit issues. Liaise with external auditors, controlling teams, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient audit engagements. Assess internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen financial reporting processes. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions. Monitor external audit testing status and update action plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in audit standards. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders. Support initiatives to improve financial statement preparation and implement process enhancements. Coordination and preparation of MPA's information requests/ liaison with PWC, SG Tax and GBS Manila ### About You Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in external or statutory audit, ideally with exposure to Big 4 audit firms. Strong technical expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory compliance. Experience in managing audit engagements and preparing statutory financial statements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
