## Job description

### 系统设计
- 负责汽车仪表盘/传感器、照明系统及电子控制模块的全流程设计开发，包括方案设计、结构设计、3D数据发布及2D图纸绘制。

### 功能开发
- 负责仪表盘的功能设计和实现，编写相关技术文档，配合设计人员进行界面及交互逻辑的搭建和优化。

### 技术方案
- 根据市场需求提供新型仪表盘设计及相关技术方案，参与仪表盘模块化、平台化设计，推动零部件通用化，降低开发成本。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- ① 本科≥10年，硕士≥8年；② 具备整车座椅系统开发、集成设计经验；对座椅系统相关零部件的性能、功能、结构，及其制造工艺，法律法规较为精通；③ 对座椅舒适性的开发、设计、评价、验收及客观测试较为精通；④ 具备软件开发能力；⑤ 精通项目管理、汽车构造和汽车理论知识；

### 其他
- 职业素养要求：向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，有较强的责任感；具有较强的组织和协调能力，有一定的语言表达能力和领导能力，能服从领导和安排。
