## Job description

### 协助项目挖掘与价值评估
- 协助系统梳理瑶光实验室群及全球100+高校的“星火项目”，建立科技成果库。负责筛选具备产业化潜力的项目，开展技术成熟度（TRL）评价与早期估值建模，确立投资标的。

### 协助商业策划与投决支撑
- 协助研发团队完成商业计划书（BP），设计股权架构与激励机制，组织筹备集团投决会材料，论证技术作价入股方案，确保项目合规通过集团投资决策。

### 协助资源赋能与融资推进
- 协调奇瑞供应链、测试场等产业资源为孵化公司赋能；积极争取各级政府专项资金；同步对接社会化资本，主导后续轮次融资谈判，降低集团投资风险。

### 协助退出路径管理
- 协助制定分红、股权转让或独立IPO等多元化退出策略，实现集团技术资产的保值增值与投资收益最大化。
- 技术经济及管理（STEM+MBA交叉）、金融工程、工商管理、车辆工程、会计学、知识产权、法律等专业；
- 双学位及交叉学科方向优先；
- 参加过创新创业大赛，在校期间有创业经历、担任过学生干部的优先；
