## Job description

1、 人力资源规划 与业务部门搭档，了解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效规划和实施，为组织发展提供人力资源支持； 2、 人力资源业务模块操作 包括但不限于人才供给、培训发展、绩效管理、任职资格、员工关系管理等具体HR业务在业务部门的执行落地，能够熟练掌握上述2-3项业务的理论工具及操作实务；

### 教育与专业
- 人力资源、劳动保障、经济、管理类、应用心理学类等专业本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 硕士1年以上、本科3年以上中大型企业人力资源管理工作经验

### 职业素养要求
- 独立思考的能力； 良好的团队合作及协作精神。 良好的工作责任心；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
