## Job description
- 标定项目管理 负责制定标定计划、测试计划、规划落实试验资源、把控标定项目进度；
- 实车测试 负责VCU在实车上的测试，制定相关的工作流程和规范、编写测试用例、执行测试、提交问题报告；
- 常规标定 负责VCU的常规标定，包括动力性优化、平顺性优化、经济性优化，并整理标定报告；
- 三高标定 负责组织三高标定，验证车辆在三高条件下的性能，并对问题进行跟踪优化；
- 标定数据管理 负责VCU的标定数据管理和标定数据发布。
- 掌握标定流程和方法、能独立制定标定计划、大纲、撰写标定报告。
- 熟悉VCU工作原理及CAN总线相关专业技术知识。
- 熟悉整电机控制系统工作原理及CAN总线相关专业技术知识。
- 熟练掌握INCA、CANAape、CANoe等标定工具、熟悉MATLAB/simulink等开发工具。
- 熟悉三电控制策略，熟悉新能源或者混动系统控制基本功能；
- 必须有驾照，并有丰富驾驶经验。
