## Job description

（1）项目管理：制定项目计划，收集反馈相关需求和建议，跟踪项目进展，识别项目风险并预警； （2）负责项目组及跨部门的沟通协调工作。
- 本科及以上学历，具有工程专业学历和航空相关工程专业知识与经历优先；
- 熟悉通用的项目管理知识，有完整的硬件产品项目管理经验，能够识别和推动解决具有一定专业性的项目相关问题，并善于总结沉淀；
- 具有较强沟通协调能力，项目推动能力强，能够拉通整合开发、采购、生产等相关资源配置，并组织协调好项目开发工作，保证项目交付；
- 具有较强的风险意识和应变能力，有较强的承压能力，有主动担当精神。
