## Job description

### 战略规划
- 协助公司中长战略规划编制工作。

### 体系建设
- 负责公司核算监督、预算管控、投资管理、风险控制、运营支持的财务管理体系搭建工作。

### 财务管理
- 负责公司基础核算、资金监控、纳税筹划、资产管理、预算管理等财务管理工作；与银行、税务、政府等部门建立良好公共关系。

### 运营支持
- 负责协助公司成本定价、商务政策、合同审核、薪酬福利、关联交易、规章制度等运营支持和风险监督工作。

### 团队建设
- 负责公司财务部的组织机构、团队建设、人员考评等部门管理工作。

### 履职义务
- 负责向股东汇报公司发生的关联交易、人事变动、财产损失、利润分配、机构调整等重大事项。

### 教育背景
- 财经、经管类专业，本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 大中型制造类企业财务管理工作经验不低于8年；

### 其他
- 较好的语言表达和沟通协调能力；保密意识强，有较好的抗压能力；熟练操作PPT\WORD\EXCEL等办公软件；
