## Job description
- 负责电芯、模组及Pack来料检测SOP更新；
- 负责制定本团队来料检测报表、相关业务流程，参与来料CP/FMEA评审；
- 负责对上线来料异常现场确认，协作SQE跟进来料问题分析改善进度，确认上线改善效果；
- 负责枞阳基地检测团队的日常管理；
- 领导交办的其他工作；
- 本科或以上学历，电化学、电子信息等相关专业；
- 具备3年或以上相关工作经历，熟悉电池工厂电芯、模组Pack来料检测流程、设备操作要求、异常处理等；
- 能够熟练使用EXCEL数据统计、Minitab或质量五大工具；

### 管理协作能力
- 能够独立分析问题解决问题，具备较强的组织协调能力，能够协调质量问题解决各项资源和部门间的相关业务；
- 有较强抗压能力及适应能力。
