## Job description
- 负责项目试制系统计划的编制，包括试制计划、资源需求编制和实施，以及试制预算的编制和实施。
- 负责产品试制验证策划和演练，在试制前制定验证目标和验证方法；管理试制验证现场，对验证质量、进度和成本负责。
- 管理试制验证的问题，拉通研发、制造、质量等关键领域，推动问题彻底解决。
- 对验证进行知识管理，推动建立研发设计规范、流程，提升研发效率和产品质量。
- 对本项目整车及零部件等验证资源进行管理，确保验证资源满足项目开发需求，且资源利用率最大化。
- 本科或以上学历，汽车相关专业优先。
- 熟悉汽车产品开发、工艺、试制、制造、物流流程，熟知汽车构造、理论、前沿技术知识。
- 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等；具备一定的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
- 工作认真负责，积极主动，具有较强的抗压能力；具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神。
