## Job description
- 负责量子技术（如量子计算、量子通信、量子传感）在汽车领域的战略规划与技术路线制定，主导前瞻性技术研究与应用场景开发；
- 牵头量子技术与智能网联、自动驾驶、信息安全等方向的融合创新，解决高复杂度技术难题；
- 组织跨部门协作，推动量子技术成果在整车项目中的落地验证与产业化应用；
- 代表公司参与行业技术标准制定，申请核心专利，并构建技术壁垒；
- 培养量子技术领域专业人才，提升团队技术能力。
- 硕士学历（量子物理、量子信息、电子工程等相关专业），8年以上量子技术研发或工程应用经验；
- 精通量子算法、量子加密或量子硬件中的至少一个方向，具有实际项目落地案例；
- 具备跨学科技术整合能力，熟悉汽车电子架构或智能网联系统者优先；
- 较强的技术领导力，能主导重大技术决策并推动跨团队协作。
