## Job description
- 负责基于Camera/Lidar/RGBD等机器上传感器的深度学习感知算法开发和优化。包括动静态目标检测，分割，多目标跟踪等；
- 负责各场景下，基于视觉的深度学习感知调研，方案制定，算法开发，模型优化和部署；
- 负责机器人感知算法前沿技术调研，提前进行相关算法布局；
- 在计算机视觉或者lidar、机器学习、人工智能、数值优化等领域有优秀的论文发表记录（如顶级会议或期刊的一作文章者优先考虑)。参与过计算机视觉或lidar比赛并取得好成绩的候选人也将优先考虑。
- 负责智能驾驶 BEV 算法研发和工程落地，包括视觉/Lidar 前融合模型、BEV / Occupancy Network 网络、多任务检测模型等；
- 探索使用新的深度学习方法来检测周围环境信息和交通参与者信息，提升实时感知模型的能力上限；
- 熟练掌握Python、C++，掌握tensorflow，pytorch深度学习框架，熟悉linux开发环境；
- 良好的学习和解决问题能力，较好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，责任心。对机器人技术充满热情。
