## Job description
- 负责新项目一体压铸零件全开发流程梳理和标准建立；
- 负责新项目一体压铸零件SE分析，产品工艺问题优化方案设计及对接沟通；
- 负责新制项目一体压铸模开发进度、质量等项目管理，模具预验收、回厂后精度恢复问题管理及问题整改管理，问题整改跟踪及消项确认；
- 负责新制项目数据问题总结，建立压铸规范；
- 负责在产车型压压铸量提升问题优化整改，成本优化。

### 教育与专业
- 本科或以上学历，机电一体化、电气自动化、机械或材料专业为佳。

### 工作经验要求
- ①具有8-10年以上一体压铸模具制作工作经验，有整车厂一体压铸工作经验这优先。 ②具备良好沟通能力和团队合作精神。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉冲压基本知识，熟悉冲压模具开发流程，能够熟练使用CATIA/UG/MAGMA/FLOW 3D软件看图，熟练使用计算机办公软件

### 职业素养要求
- 有责任心，沟通能力强，工作积极主动

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
