## Job description
- 负责新能源市场的需求和发展趋势调研，为产品生态开发提供决策依据；
- 负责参与新能源汽车产品的设计、开发和优化，对产品生态的效果进行评估，提出改进建议，确保产品的创新性和竞争力；
- 负责跟踪产品生态的开发进度，及时调整策略，确保项目的顺利进行；
- 负责制定生态产品项目规划，推动项目进展，完成项目计划及指标交付。
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、汽车相关专业；
- 具备8年以上汽车主机厂工作经验，有新能源汽车一线销售服务及售后服务工作背景；
- 具备成就导向、分析思维、灵活应变等职业素质；
- 熟练使用excel、word、PPT等办公软件。
