## Job description
- 熟悉汽车后市场相关业务，及时了解行业动态、竞争对手情况及消费者需求；
- 负责汽车后市场生态整个业务项目进度的拉动，协调及监控工作，跟踪各阶段关键节点与交付成果的时间要求，实时跟踪项目实际进展，对比计划进度，及时发现偏差，风险提前识别应对；
- 建立高效的项目沟通机制，定期组织项目沟通会，促进项目协同推进；
- 具备汽车后市场生态产品的销售经验；
- 精通PPT、EXCEL等办公软件的技能，有一定的逻辑思维及规划能力 1、负责公司生态项目规划和策略制定，并推动其有效执行 ‌2、做好生态系统管理‌，协调及监控过程管理，跟踪各阶段关键节点与交付成果 ‌3、建立高效的项目沟通机制，定期组织项目沟通会，促进项目协同推进 ‌4、需及时了解行业动态、竞争对手情况及消费者需求，做好项目优化调整 ‌5、团队管理与培训‌，负责部门员工的日常管理和培训指导，提升团队整体能力
