## Job description

1、负责前后保险杠系统的设计开发、优化和改进，根据整车产品开发计划，制定相应车型保险杠系统开发计划，确保保险杠系统的试制、改进、试验和验证工作按照计划进行； 2、为新产品的开发质量和现有车型的重大问题、系统性解决方案提供技术保障；负责保险杠系统设计指南更新、标准更新、BP编制等能力建设工作；并带动科室整体设计能力提升。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，自动化以及机电一体化、材料成型、车辆工程相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科≥5年，硕士≥3年相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 成就导向、分析思维、积极主动、诚实正直；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 主机厂或相关件开发或相关工作经验、具备较强的汽车零部件及系统开发能力。
