## Job description
- 熟悉碰撞安全法规、标准
- 负责安全性能目标设定、达成及过程管控
- 负责完成项目开发节点各项工作
- 负责数据校核和优化
- 负责问题整改及推进
- 负责安全性能开发流程体系完善及相关能力建设

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、机电一体化等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年及以上汽车试验工作领域经验，熟悉碰撞安全法规、标准，熟悉产品开发流程

### 职业素养要求
- 工作思路清晰，具有管理经验，具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
