## Job description
- 研究零部件垂直整合策略并指导各小组工作；
- 负责集团各小组垂直整合工作的推进、跟踪和评价；
- 协助推动集团三化和白盒化工作；
- 建立垂直整合工作制度和流程；

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上汽车或零部件企业工作经验；

### 技能要求
- 具有供应商管理经验，对汽车零部件技术、工艺、成本等有较为深入研究，思维活跃、有开拓精神，

### 职业素养
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力强；

### 其他
- 原则上不超过40周岁；
