## Job description
- 负责项目前期SE数据分析，针对GDT定义提出修改建议；
- 负责项目招议标、图纸会签、预验收、工装工艺验证、尺寸调试、终验收等工作；
- 组织供应商团队完成项目的实施，包括标准的落实、过程疑难问题处理、总结及标准化等；
- 负责工装夹具等标准化工作，包括主拼、台车、抓手等；
- 负责工装相关前沿技术的研究以及研究成果的转化工作；

### 教育与专业
- 汽车工程、机械工程、机电一体化、材料成型及控制工程等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年以上行业工作经验（包括主机厂、线体商、专业的自动化分包商）；专业从事工装夹具调试、车身尺寸调试3年以上，独立承担过3个以上项目的车身尺寸调试工作，能独立解决调试过程中的尺寸、匹配等质量问题，并具备回溯至前期SE\方案\设计阶段的能力；
- 熟悉汽车行业工装夹具相关开发标准，具备2种以上行业标准的实施经验；
- 良好的组织和人际沟通能力，抗压能力强；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 学习能力强；能接受异地项目短期出差；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康；
