## Job description
- 负责技术项目的整体规划、监控与执行，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成；
- 领导跨职能团队，协调资源，解决项目中出现的技术和管理问题，促进团队协作；
- 识别潜在风险，制定应对策略，监控风险并及时调整项目计划；
- 与项目相关方保持有效沟通，包括定期报告项目进度，确保信息透明、质量保证；监督项目质量，确保技术解决方案符合标准和规范，满足客户需求；
- 管理项目变更，确保变更符合项目目标和利益相关者期望。

### 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历；汽车、电气工程及自动化、电子、软件管理等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 15年及以上工作经验（3-5年整车总工和整车集成成经验）；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车行业新技术发展动态;熟悉先进项目管理方法，熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论、新能源汽车先进技术的知识；

### 能力要求
- 具备宽广视野与创新意识，对前沿技术有较深刻的认只和理解,优秀的技术洞察能力；具备较强快速的跨领域学习能力具备独立进行技术规划和实施的能力；具备较强的技术规划、统筹协调、团队管理、前瞻技术敏锐度等方面的能力和经验；能够自驱及开创精神,扬抗压能力强。
