## Job description
- 根据数据分析/行业研究等手段，制定用户运营策略；
- 负责奇瑞车主俱乐部平台运营工作，包括用户增长，拉新、促活、留存等；
- 负责奇瑞用户关系维系，KOC用户运营、用户活动策划及执行；
- 负责车主社群运营，商城运营，保客营销工作等。
- 统招本科以上学历,计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业；
- 具备2年以上数据从业经验,熟练使用EXCLE的公式、函数、数据透视表等工具；
- 熟练使用PPT软件操作，有成熟、完整的数据驱动业务增长案例为佳；
- 熟悉统计分析工具,如SASS, SPSS,R,PYTHON等一种或几种数据统计分析工具,对统计原理、常用数据挖掘；
- 有效进行数据分析及数据运营；
- 有增长思维，数据敏感，执行力强，成长型心态。
