## Job description
- 具备整车安全性能开发策划能力，具备基于客户使用场景进行安全策划开发；
- 具备整车安全性能集成能力，当安全性能与其他性能冲突时能决策安全性能方案；
- 具备碰撞安全CAE仿真的经历，能识别CAE仿真的问题，分析CAE仿真的结果；
- 具备整车安全性能DVP编制和验证策划能力；
- 具备较强的沟通技巧，能与相关部门进行高效沟通能力；
- 具备较强的学习能力，能识别出行业发展趋势，并做出应对改变
- 具备严谨的罗辑思维和判断能力，创新和解决问题能力。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业。

### 工作经验要求
- 本科≥8年 乘用车安全性能开发工作经验≥5年（非必须），安全性能集成管理经验≥3年（必须），必须有三款及以上五星车型开发经验。

### 职业素养要求
- 全局观、成就导向、客户导向，分析思维，灵活应变，培养他人，组织意识。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 具有碰撞CAE仿真经验优先。
