## Job description
- 负责室内、封闭园区、开放道路等复杂工况下，机器人导航的行为决策、路径规划（全局与局部）和运动控制算法的研发与优化。
- 针对端到端预测、决策和规划学习模型进行研发，解决行泊全场景下的交互决策与轨迹规划问题，实现端到端Planning算法的落地集成。
- 关注并跟踪国际前沿的机器人与人工智能技术动态（如强化学习、模仿学习、数据驱动决策等），进行技术调研、快速验证，并将前沿方法应用到实际规控领域。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机、自动化、数学、软件工程、机器人工程、人工智能、电子信息工程等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱机器人行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
