## Job description
- 负责整车（或单个模块）性能大纲制定，性能可行性分析和整车性能DVP
- 负责性能模块开发的二级、三级计划制定及过程管控
- 负责组织各性能模块整车、系统零部件目标的制定，并实施开发全过程管理，通过CAE仿真手段确保数据校核阶段整车及零部件性能目标达成
- 负责组织编制整车DVP，管控样车状态及性能验证全过程，参与性能开发实车试验
- 负责管理整车性能开发问题，组织推动性能问题排查与方案验证

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 交通运输、计算机、电子信息工程、自动化专业、车辆工程等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 49、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
