## Job description

负责电池结构系统开发、零部件定义、选型工作； 负责电池结构器件如箱体、液冷板等选型和校核工作； 负责电池结构发展趋势和行业调查； 负责电池结构测试验证等工作。 本科及以上，化学与环境工程、材料工程、机械工程方向； 三年以上电池结构开发经验，经历过完整项目开发； 了解主流电池结构特点和主要失效模式，并能针对性地进行改善； 具备良好的数据分析及建模能力，熟悉基本的数据分析方法，能够应用基础的数据分析工具，会使用Catia工具； 了解电池系统和整车开发流程，熟悉电池结构的应用和测试，熟悉行业相关的标准法规。
