## Job description

1） 协助项目经理开展各项活动、任务和目标的分配等，并直接向项目经理汇报； 2） 跟踪项目进度，对信息进行整合、分析和提炼，并及时向项目领导汇报； 3）组织项目例会或项目相关专题会议，收集会议相关材料，做好会议记录并跟进任务安排； 4）负责项目过程中的文档管理（项目相关材料的编制、项目管理过程产生的书面文档的归档和查阅等）； 5）根据项目主进度计划、专项计划制定项目月度计划，定期跟踪并通报； 6） 负责项目节点管理（交付清单确认、项目级预评组织等）； 7） 负责项目开发过程中的设计变更整体管理、零部件成熟度表的管理。 1）大学本科及以上学历，3年及以上汽车行业相关经验； 2）车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等专业优先； 3）有项目管理类资格认证证书（PMP证书、IPMP（C级以上）等）优先； 4）1年以上工作经验，做过汽车行业产品开发相关工作经验优先； 5）熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论知识； 6）了解公司及院内相关的工作流程、管理制度； 7）了解CPDP流程； 8）了解整车项目管理范围管理、人员管理、进度、质量和成本等九大模块； 9）熟练掌握办公软件的使用。
