## Job description
- 场景库架构设计与开发，搭建整体架构和要素分类研究
- 建立标准化的场景描述规范和分类体系，设计场景库的数据结构和存储方案
- 开发场景库管理工具和平台，场景数据采集与处理，制定驾驶场景数据采集规范和流程，提取有价值的驾驶场景
- 基于传感器数据（激光雷达、摄像头、毫米波雷达等）重建驾驶场景，清洗、标注和结构化场景数据

### 场景泛化
- 基于真实数据和逻辑泛化方法，生成多样化的测试场景，开发典型场景（cut-in、路口冲突、恶劣天气、行人鬼探头等），挖掘和构建长尾场景和边缘场景，利用生成式AI技术合成复杂场景
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机科学、自动化、人工智能、交通工程等相关专业

### 经验
- 2年以上自动驾驶场景开发或相关领域工作经验
- 精通OpenSCENARIO、OpenDRIVE等场景描述语言，熟悉ASAM标准体系和场景描述规范
- 熟悉自动驾驶仿真平台（VTD、CarSim、CarMaker等），了解ROS/ROS2机器人操作系统，掌握仿真测试流程和方法
- 具备仿真工具二次开发能力
