## Job description

### 负责整车能量管理性能开发
- 负责能源管理性能开发, 包含纯电续航、油耗、动力性、保电、专业评价等模块性能开发,
- 负责开发项目的竞品分析, 目标设定及分解, 计划管理, 目标风险管控, 目标达成验证及方案制定,
- 负责能源管理性能试验及验收, 具备专业软件使用及理论分析能力, 高效开展数据统计、分析及优化, 确保整车目标达成,
- 负责能耗相关整车功能需求及控制策略开发, 制定策略开发需求,
- 负责竞品车型对标及策略解析, 包含方案策划、试验矩阵编制、数据分析及策略梳理

### 教育与专业
- 机械或汽车、力学、材料等相关专业,

### 第一学历
- 本科/硕士-双一流及以上,

### 职业素养要求
- 诚实正直、团队合作、人际影响、培养他人,

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 英语优秀者优先,

### 身体状况要求
- 健康。
